You can use this music in your commercial game, in apps, in videos and other digital media. This includes personal and commercial, profit-making projects.
View an Example EULA (pdf)
So I can make a game, put this music in it and sell the game?
Yes.
Will I have to pay any fees or royalties for using the music?
No.
When you buy one of my music assets, you get a licence to use that music in your projects. The licence lasts forever and you don’t have to pay further fees or royalties.
Are there any restrictions?
You cannot redistribute or re-sell the music on its own, it must be used ‘in sync’ with a project, for example, the background music in a game, a video or some other form of content.
This means that you may not sell or redistribute the music in a soundtrack product or create a music-based product with it (for example a rhythm game or a music player app playing these tracks).

If I add this music to my game, do I still own my game completely?
Absolutely. By purchasing my products you get a licence to use it in your game, which is always 100% yours.
Can I use this music in non-game projects such as YouTube videos or podcasts?
Yes, you can.
My music products are designed for games but you may find the music useful for other creative projects as well.
Is this music safe to use on YouTube?
Yes, it is.
My music is, intentionally, not registered with YouTube’s Content ID system or any other kind of rights management service.
Such services are generally not suitable for music assets, as they can cause issues for streamers and reviewers.
